Since its inception in 1996, Bradcorp has developed an impressive project portfolio
worth over $500 million and has become widely regarded for its innovation and commitment to move beyond accepted
conventions in housing development.
Bradcorp's founders, formerly part of the core management team of AVJennings, brought to the company a wealth of
experience in property development, land acquisition, financing, marketing, building technology and construction.
This deep industry knowledge has given us the ability to challenge the accepted ways of conceiving and delivering
residential developments.
True to our development philosophy "To create unique living environments", Bradcorp has won a number of coveted
housing awards including the prestigious HIA Housing Estate of the Year 2001 for Nangarin Vineyard Estate, the
1998 UDIA Award for Excellence for Environmental Planning and Development for the Cascades as well as the coveted
1999 Stormwater Industry Association Award for Environmental Excellence in Stormwater Management, also for the Cascades.
To date, Bradcorp's six projects are all in the Macarthur region of southwest Sydney seeing the development
group become a major force in the growth and prosperity of this region. An ongoing social and financial
commitment to the local community through the Bradcorp Community Partnership Fund has been our hallmark
in helping build better communities in every possible way.
