| Bingara Gorge (formerly the Wilton Parklands site) |
 |
Bingara Gorge represents Bradcorp's most ambitious project to date. Located at Wilton, approximately 60km southwest of Sydney, the project involves a 1,323 hectare parcel of land, which is distinguished by its postcard rural setting, dramatic sandstone gorges and inherent environmental qualities.
Bingara Gorge will be Australia's most advanced masterplanned community. A range of ground breaking initiatives will include technology advanced water treatment; energy conservation strategies; economic and employment opportunities; and social and community infrastructure all supported with innovative community governance structure and partnerships.
Already Bradcorp's initiatives have won accolades for our partner, Delfin Lend Lease, with Bingara Gorge announced as the Housing Industry Association's first GREENSMART Advanced Estate.
Consistent with Bradcorp's values, the Master Plan has been prepared only after extensive consultation with local communities as well as state and local agencies. Such collaboration has garnered a high level of community support for the project.
The first stage of the development will be approximately 450 hectares and consists of 1,165 residential lots, an Ernie Els designed 18-hole championship golf course, a country club, a primary school and approximately 200 hectares of open space.
In addition to restoration of the site's natural habitat, the ecological plan for this project includes a 120 hectare nature reserve to be dedicated to an environmental trust.
Bradcorp has entered into a development agreement with Delfin Lend Lease (DLL) who has an outstanding record in partnering existing landowners on major community landmark developments. While Bradcorp remains the landowner, DLL will develop the project in accordance with Bradcorp’s management and Master Plan.
The NSW Minister for Planning, the Hon. Frank Sartor, officially turned the first sod at Bingara Gorge on September 14, 2006; marking the commencement of works. Initial construction work will focus on the development of key infrastructure for the community, followed by the golf course, the first 215 residential lots, the Sales and Information Centre and the Display Village. The first release of residential lots is anticipated for mid 2007.

| Stonequarry |
 |
Bradcorp has spent seven years planning its latest project, Stonequarry, a unique village resort development located outside historic Picton. Only one hour's drive from the CBD, it will be Sydney's most accessible rural getaway.
The 140.6 hectare site lies within the Wollondilly shire. A semi-rural area, it is known for its natural environment with two thirds of the Wollondilly Shire reserved as a national park or catchment area.
Stonequarry is designed to meet the needs of both residents and visitors wishing to enjoy high quality, healthy life experiences in a culturally stimulating environment. The development will offer a world class golf course, health spa, hotel and resort facilities and will be surrounded by superb residential accommodation including apartments, villas and a limited number of magnificent acreage home sites.
Bradcorp has always prided itself on being able to deliver quality projects that will add enduring value to the community, however; due to current global economic circumstances, we cannot say with any confidence when the resort component of this project will commence.
We continue to pursue the State Government for amendments to our approvals and investigate commercial solutions.
