Grahame Kelly

Mr. Kelly joined Bradcorp in 1996 from AVJennings where he had been land acquisition manager since 1991. He has over 30 years experience in the Sydney land development industry including 12 years with the New South Wales Government's Department of Land and Housing where he held a variety of senior management roles. As property manager, he was responsible for acquiring 4,000 lots each year and managing and disposing of Landcom's commercial properties. Later, as development manager, he oversaw the development of up to 2,500 lots each year. During this time he also provided advice to government on policy and legislation with regard to urban planning and housing. Mr. Kelly is a Bachelor of Engineer and Bachelor of Surveying, University of NSW, and a Registered Valuer MIS.
