Doug Ridley

Mr. Ridley left AVJennings in 1994 after more than 30 years with the company. Between 1989 and 1994, when Mr. Ridley held the position of Managing Director, the company achieved record profits. Since 1994, Mr. Ridley has consulted to a number of business and organisations in the housing and land industries including the Housing Industry Association and Energy Efficiency Victoria. He is currently a Director of Queensland-based developer Devine Limited as well as Director of Sydney-based mortgage lender, First Permanent Financial Services Pty Ltd.
