L. John Graves

Mr Graves is a Partner in Sydney based law firm HWL Ebsworth, where he specialises in Business Law and Property Law. His major projects include a number of CBD developments involving acquisition, sale, development, leasing and construction. Mr Graves has also facilitated many acquisitions, subdivisions and a variety of developments throughout the Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle areas for a number of national developers. Mr. Graves is currently concentrating in areas of commercial and corporate law with a sub-33 speciality in intellectual property and information technology.

Mr. Graves has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, University of NSW; a specialist accreditation in both Business Law and Property Law, Law Society of NSW; and in 2003 commenced his Master of Laws Studies at the University of NSW. He is a Member of the Examination Committee, Law Society of NSW; and Chairman of the Commercial and Industrial Lease Subcommittee, Property Council of Australia. Mr. Graves is on the Board of Finance and Property, The United Church in Australia (NSW); and is a Member of the Uniting Church Trust Association (NSW).
