The tightly held management structure at Bradcorp has allowed us to remain true to our original
business philosophy - keep small, challenge and innovate. An underlying focus on creating sustainable communities
is embedded at the forefront of every project. We work closely with residents of these and surrounding communities to ensure a sense
of pride and ownership in their locality.

Many community projects are unable to proceed due to insufficient funding from traditional sources such as local and state government. Bradcorp finances the Fund by donating a proportion of its sales revenue from all its development projects.
The Fund supports not-for-profit organisations in the Camden and Wollondilly shires of southwest Sydney and has been widely acknowledged for its contributions to the improved well-being of the entire Macarthur region. It focuses on initiatives that will leave an enduring legacy with the community, especially in areas of heritage, sport, culture, education, and local enterprise. In the ten years since its inception, the Fund has donated in excess of $3.025 million to the local community ranging from $500 for a photocopier through to $200,000 for the construction of an entire three bedroom home for the St. Vincent de Paul community housing project. |
The Community Partnership Fund is an acknowledgement that Bradcorp takes its commitment to the communities in which it operates very seriously and sees it as its duty to look beyond the houses it builds and become part of the communities in which it operates. The interdependence between local business and local neighbourhoods is the hallmark of a healthy community. We work closely with the local residents to ensure a sense of pride and ownership in their in locality and their community.
